We have sent everyone who had a voucher an email with a personal code which you can use to buy a new ticket of your choice.

BASIS is a pin-only venue (no cash)
It’s not prohibited to take pictures at BASIS, but we prefer no phones on the dancefloor for the sake of a good atmosphere. Our motto: Put away your phones and enjoy the moment to the fullest. For this reason, we put a sticker on the flash of your phone.
