In case of a sold-out event, most of the time we have a limited number of tickets to be sold at the door starting from the start of the event. Check the event info to see if the event has doorsale. Please note that we can’t reserve tickets.
We are using sealed tickets, a feature from our ticket provider Eventix.
What are sealed tickets?
Sealed Tickets are tickets that are not yet available for immediate download. Sealed tickets are designed to prevent fraud and unfair reselling. (More information)
Where can I download my sealed tickets?
Only shortly before the event starts, tickets will be made available for download. When they actually become available can be found on the order status page.
Where can I find the order status page?
You reach the order status page by going to your order confirmation e-mail and clicking the ‘Download tickets’ button.
Step 1 – go to the order status page of your order. You can reach it by opening the confirmation email of your ordered tickets and clicking the ‘Download tickets’-link.
Step 2 – scroll down until you come across the ‘Can’t attend anymore?’ box. You often have two options to resell your Sealed Tickets; via TicketSwap or Tixel. Select one of these platforms and you will be automatically redirected to the chosen resale platform.
I haven’t received an email, what should I do?
If you haven’t received an email please first look in your spam folder. If it’s not there either check this page from Eventix.
I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
It’s not possible to get a refund. However, if you have chosen the ‘ticket guarantee’ option please get in touch with Eventix.
What time do the doors close?
At our regular events doors close at 4:00 am. If you exit the venue before 4:00, re-entry is not possible.
Do I need to bring my ID card?
Yes, and we only accept ID, a passport or a driving license as a form of identification.
I lost something, where can I get in touch?
Please send us an email to email@example.com and we will take a look to see if it has been found. We will try to follow-up on your email every workday, but sometimes it could happen that we are not in the club at Monday.
